A6061 and low carbon steel sheets, whose thicknesses were 2 mm, were welded by a friction stir spot welding (FSSW) technique using a scroll grooved tool without probe (scroll tool). Tensile‐shear fatigue tests were performed using lap‐shear specimens at a stress ratio R = 0.1, and the fatigue behaviour of dissimilar welds was discussed. Tensile‐shear force of the dissimilar welds was higher than that of the A6061 similar ones. Furthermore, the dissimilar welds exhibited nearly the same fatigue strengths as the A6061 similar ones, indicating FSSW by a scroll tool was effective technique for joining aluminium to steel sheet. Fatigue fracture modes of the dissimilar welds were dependent on load levels, where shear fracture through the interface between A6061 and steel occurred at high load levels, while crack grew through A6061 sheet at low load level.  相似文献

Amorphous and crystallized poly(L -lactic acid) (PLLA) films were prepared and the hydrolytic degradation of the ultraviolet (UV)-treated and UV-nontreated films was investigated. This study reveals that the combination of UV and thermal treatments can produce the PLLA materials having different hydrolytic degradation profiles and that the UV-irradiation in the environment will affect the design of recycling process for PLLA articles. In an early stage, the degrees of hydrolytic degradation monitored by weight loss (Wloss), number-average molecular weight (M n), and melting temperature (T m) were higher for the UV-treated films than for the UV-nontreated films. In a late stage, the trend traced by Wloss was reversed, and the difference in the degrees of hydrolytic degradation between the UV-treated and UV-nontreated films monitored by M n and T m became smaller, with the exception of the degrees of hydrolytic degradation of the amorphous films traced by T m. Also, in the early stage, the degrees of hydrolytic degradation monitored by Wloss and M n were higher for the crystallized films than for the amorphous films. In the late stage, this trend was reversed, with the exception of the degrees of hydrolytic degradation of the UV-treated films monitored by M n. The main factors that determined the Wloss and T m were the molecular weight and initial crystallinty but not the molecular structures such as terminal CC double bonds and crosslinks. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Yttrium-doped Sr0.4Pb0.6TiO3 ceramics were prepared at relatively low sintering temperature using conventional sintering technology. The sintered ceramics exhibit novel NTC–PTC composite effects. The influences of doping PbO and SiO2 on the properties of Sr0.4Pb0.6TiO3 ceramics were compared. It was found that suitable PbO additives reduce the room-temperature resistivities (ρRT) of Sr0.4Pb0.6TiO3 ceramics and weaken their NTC effects, but the effect of doping SiO2 is reverse. The XRD analyses show that SiO2 additives can cause Pb2+ ions segregating out from Sr0.4Pb0.6TiO3 lattices and form PbO·SiO2 phase. It is estimated that the strong NTC effects of Sr0.4Pb0.6TiO3 ceramics should be closely related to the Pb2+ immigration. The domain structure, morphology and compositional distribution of Y-doped Sr0.4Pb0.6TiO3 ceramics were investigated using TEM, SEM and EDAX respectively. The results of EDAX indicate that the Pb/Sr ratio on the grain boundaries is slightly lower than that in the grains. According to the results, the V-shaped PTC behaviors of (Sr,Pb)TiO3 ceramics are discussed.  相似文献

Recently, we have reported that anthocyanins show strong antioxidative activity, but no attention has been paid to anthocyanins from the viewpoint of the reaction mechanism of alkylperoxyl radicals; therefore, we investigated the reaction products of antioxidative anthocyanins (cyanidin 3-O-β-d-glucoside). Cyanidin 3-O-β-d-glucoside was reacted with 2,2′-azobis(2,4-dimet hylvaleronitrile) to generate the alkylperoxyl radicals, and the reaction products were isolated by high-performance liquid chromatography. The products were identified as 4,6-dihydroxy-2-O-β-d-glucosyl-3-oxo-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran and protocatechuic acid. Based on reaction products, the antioxidative mechanism of cyanidin 3-O-β-d-glucoside may be different from that of α-tocopherol; cyanidin 3-O-β-d-glucoside would produce another radical scavenger, as it would break down the structure and scavenge the radicals.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new concept of the ‘engineering surface’, which extends the conventional idea of a functional surface by combining it with micro/nano manufacturing technology. Characteristic features and possibilities of the engineering surface are discussed in detail. This paper reviews studies on micro/nano fabrication technologies for advanced materials and evaluation technology for surface function. New fabrication technologies, micro machining and nano forming, are introduced, which will be basic manufacturing processes of the engineering surface. Also, a new surface evaluation technique is introduced for the surface energy of the nano fabricated surface. Design of a new DNA micro array chip is introduced as an example of applications of the engineering surface. Controllability of surface property by nano fabrication is studied.  相似文献

This paper introduces some improvements on the intelligent backtracking strategy for forward chaining theorem proving. How to decide a minimal useful consequent atom set for a refutation derived at a node in a proof tree is discussed. In most cases, an unnecessary non-Horn clause used for forward chaining will be split only once. The increase of the search space by invoking unnecessary forward chaining clauses will be nearly linear, not exponential anymore.In this paper, the principle of the proposed method and its correctness are introduced. Moreover,some examples are provided to show that the proposed approach is powerful for forward chaining theorem proving.  相似文献

We introduce a method for reducing the redundant search space for SATCHMO's model generation approach by means of intelligent backtracking. During the reasoning, we mark an asserted consequent atom as useful whenever it has been used as an antecedent atom for forward chaining. We show that a splitting of the consequence of a non-Horn clause is unnecessary if one of its consequent atoms is found not to be useful at the time it is retracted from the database on backtracking, and therefore the remaining splitting over the clause's consequence can be immediately abandoned. In this way, much of the redundant search space can be eliminated. Our method is simple in principle, easy to implement in Prolog, independent of other refinements, and effective for model generation theorem proving.  相似文献

Underactuated hands are able to achieve shape adaptation to conformally grasp a wide variety of objects, while keeping low undesirable hand attributes such as weight, size, complexity and cost. The available analytical and simulation studies of planar underactuated hands normally assume quasi-static conditions and a fixed object. In the present paper, a new quasi-dynamic analysis of the grasping process in the horizontal plane by a planar, two-finger, four-joint underactuated hand is presented. The study considers object movement during the grasping process, and also contact friction with a surface that supports the object. An extensive and versatile simulation program, based on the analysis, is developed to investigate the effects of various parameters of hand and object on the grasping process. A prototype hand has been developed and the simulation results are validated experimentally. An extensive and detailed study and optimization exercise is carried out using the developed simulation tool. Specifically, the study concerns a manipulative grasping process that moves the object to the hand centerline during the process. Important new findings on the influence of link dimensions, link angular speeds, friction with the supporting surface, object mass and object size on the grasping performance of the hand in this scenario are presented. The results are used to establish new design guidelines for the hand. In particular, the results indicate that in the case where there is limited information on the size and precise initial location of the object to be grasped, the optimal hand design would involve inner to outer phalange size ratios of approximately 3:1, and inner phalange joints that are very close to each other.  相似文献
